Place the unworn items in their original shoebox and ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Send the package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center or drop it off at any B-Unique flagship store across the country.
Processing and Confirmation
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email regarding your refund or new shipment.
